The Portobello Square regeneration project on the Wornington Green estate in Kensington will deliver about 1,000 new homes.

Replacing existing social housing that was deemed no longer fit-for-purpose, the new development is being built in three phases. It will include shops and community facilities, as well as open green spaces. All the current tenants will be offered homes in the new development.
