The regeneration of the Wornington Green estate
Catalyst’s Portobello Square regeneration project at the Wornington Green estate in Kensington will deliver around 1,000 mixed tenure new homes for social rent, private sale and shared ownership.
We have now submitted our application for the third and final phase of the regeneration. This is a key milestone in the regeneration of the estate and the result of extensive consultation with local people since 2018.
